You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age within your state to order from LetsGetNaughty.ca. By accepting these terms and conditions you are indicating you are of legal age to purchase the goods. Those found falsifying their age will be prosecuted by the law.

Customs and Import Duties Information for international customers

You may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country and LetsGetNaughty.ca has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Satisfaction Guarantee

LetsGetNaughty.ca offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases.
We will accept unused product with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting LetsGetNaughty.ca first. 
If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.

Processing Time

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. LetsGetNaughty.ca tries to provide, but does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.

Purchase Agreement

By accepting delivery of any product delivered from LetsGetNaughty ("www.LetsGetNaughty.ca"), the customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and LetsGetNaughty agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between the customer and LetsGetNaughty. Any attempt by the customer to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions will constitute a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, render it null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to possible change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from LetsGetNaughty.ca.

Product Return Procedure

To return a product in compliance with LetsGetNaughty's satisfaction guarantee, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product (as described above). All RMA requests must be filed online. LetsGetNaughty will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 15 days within which return products must be received by LetsGetNaughty. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. The customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to LetsGetNaughty. The customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. The customer agrees to bear all shipping and insurance charges, and to bear all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. The customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and any other accessories the manufacturer may have provided. If any component of the returned product is missing, LetsGetNaughty's Return Procedure will be breached, and LetsGetNaughty may in its sole and absolute discretion reject the entire return or choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component(s). LetsGetNaughty will not refund the original shipping charges. In addition, LetsGetNaughty will assess a 15% restocking fee against the customer's account on all returns for refund.

Limitation of liability

In all circumstances LetsGetNaughty's maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. LetsGetNaughty shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to any products it sells that exceeds this liability limit. LetsGetNaughty shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage, or exemplary damages, whether or not LetsGetNaughty.ca has been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless LetsGetNaughty.ca, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions or any activity (including negligent or wrongful conduct) related to your use of the Site.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Site is controlled by LetsGetNaughty.ca from its office within the Province of Ontario, Canada. This Site can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries around the world. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, Canada, by accessing this Site, you agree that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the Site, or any other hyperlinked website, shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable to the Province of Ontario, without regard to the conflicts of laws principles thereof. You also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario and acknowledge that you do so voluntarily. You are responsible for complying with your own local laws.

General

In the event that any parts of any terms and conditions are held to be indefinite, invalid, illegal or otherwise voidable or unenforceable, the other parts of those terms and conditions will not fail on account thereof, and the balance of the terms and conditions will continue in full force and effect. The terms and conditions on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and Ontario governing your use of the Site. You may also be subject to other terms and conditions when you access other sites or other portions of the Site (if specified) or if you access or purchase third party content or software. The failure or delay of Ontario in exercising any right or remedy under the terms and conditions or elsewhere shall not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy. The section titles in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with LetsGetNaughty's invoice regarding the products ordered by the customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between LetsGetNaughty and the customer, and as such they shall supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between LetsGetNaughty and the customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
